On May 29, 2026, female.vision e.V., in cooperation with the Humanistic University of Applied Sciences Berlin, will host the event "Talk&Connect – TECHNOLOGY.ETHICS.LEADERSHIP" in Berlin. As a think-and-do tank dedicated to an ethical and inclusive digital future, female.vision provides a platform to rethink leadership in the age of Artificial Intelligence.

AI is not only transforming business models but also significantly impacting decision-making structures. This event explores which values should guide us when machines contribute to critical choices. The discussion focuses on how organizations can remain effective under technological pressure while maintaining their normative foundations and commitment to responsible governance.

The program combines academic insights with a moderated dialogue featuring philosopher Dr. Dorothea Winter, AI and diversity expert Annette von Wedel, and investor Sarik Weber.
